On January 4, 2025, Little Silver Police Patrolman Wilton stopped a vehicle for allegedly traveling on marked lanes. The police report indicates that the 30-year-old driver exhibited signs of intoxication. After admitting to drinking 1 beer, she later confessed to drinking 2 beers. She was asked to step out of the vehicle in order to perform standardized field sobriety tests. After the tests, she was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. Once she was placed in the back of the police car, she slipped out of her handcuffs. She then asked Patrolman Wilton to have pity on her because she was soon taking her citizenship test. At the police station, she refused to submit to a breath test. She received 6 traffic citations, which are discussed at the end of the video. All suspects are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
