On January 27, 2025, Roswell Police Officer Irvin stopped a 41-year-old woman for allegedly drifting into the oncoming lane of traffic. The woman admitted to consuming alcohol after getting off from work. As a result, she was instructed to exit her vehicle so that Officer Irvin could administer standardized field sobriety tests. The woman repeatedly interrupted the tests asking if she could call her daughter to come pick her up. At the conclusion of the tests, the woman was arrested and transported to the Roswell Police Station. She agreed to provide breath samples and the results were 0.17% BAC (over twice the legal limit). Her charges and the outcome of her case are discussed at the end of the video.
