Bodycam and dashcam footage show the heated pursuit of a man accused of stealing a Homeland Security vehicle after being arrested in April. Oregon authorities said Travis Grygla, a registered sex offender, was raided and taken into custody on a warrant. The 43-year-old Portland man wasn't handcuffed and allegedly stole the police car after being left alone in the front seat. Multiple departments joined the chase, including The Cowlitz County Sheriff’s Office, Washington State Patrol, Castle Rock Police, Kalama Police, and Woodland Police. Grygla was ultimately subdued by a PIT maneuver that flipped the vehicle. He is due in court this Summer. Watch the incident unfold on this episode of Law&Crime BodyCam.
