Strongsville, Ohio -- Police with the Strongsville Police Department pulled over a vehicle on September 10th, 2021. Officers believed the suspect was intoxicated and decided to perform field sobriety testing. The suspect was very reluctant to conduct the tests and eventually refused the tests. The suspect, later identified as Mr. Mohd Abdel-Fattah, was charged with the following: - OVI - Speed - Weaving Following his "trial" in Mayor's Court, the OVI was reduced to Physical Control and the Speeding was reduced to Willful and Wanton Reckless Operation. The weaving was dismissed. The suspect was given 4 points on his license and a $1275 fine.
