He checked the plates and saw the registration had expired. He pulled the truck over in the 1500 block of W Main Street. The driver was Liliana Villalba. Liliana could only show a photo of her license. Officer Fawkes called Tri-Com and learned her driving privileges were suspended. The car had no active insurance either. Because she lacked any valid papers, she was arrested once Officer Jason Wessendorf arrived to help. Police put her in a patrol car and took her to the St. Charles station for processing. After that, she was told about her charges and released. She must appear in the Kane County Branch Courtroom on April 2, 2026, at 9:00 AM.
