On March 26, 2023, Bowling Green Police Officer Moomey observed a vehicle driving the wrong way in an alley. She initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle and the 19-year-old driver initially stated she did not have a driver's license with her. She then admitted to consuming 2 vodka cranberry drinks. It wasn't wrong before she made a rookie mistake in trying to conceal her fake ID behind a $20 bill. She was asked to step out of the vehicle in order to perform standardized field sobriety tests (FSTs). She had quite the difficulty attempting to count backwards. She was arrested for DUI and was transported to the Bowling Green police station. When she was presented with an opportunity to submit to an evidential breath test (EBT), she refused.
