On February 20th, 2023, at around 5:54 pm, a DWI Bolo (Be on the Lookout) was issued for a male driver in a dark blue Jeep. The driver had almost hit two cars at a nearby Circle K gas station. Officers located the dark blue Jeep, which almost struck a curb, before pulling the driver over. Upon speaking with the driver, officers observed he appeared intoxicated and had bloodshot and watery eyes. When asked for his driver’s license the driver stated he “left it at home.” Initially, he told the officer he had not been drinking but later stated he had drank 1 Blue Moon beer. The driver of the Jeep also had difficulty locating his registration and insurance, as requested by the officer, before being asked to step out of the vehicle. The suspect was arrested and later charged with Aggravated DWI, Driving While License Revoked (DWI Related), and Careless Driving. During booking, two breath samples were taken, which read 0.25 and 0.24 BAC (Blood Alcohol Concentration). The legal limit is 0.08 BAC. #bodycam #arrest #dui ~~~ ** Disclaimer: This video content is intended for educational and informational purposes only.
