Airport bodycam footage shows a woman allegedly spitting on a cop after being denied boarding. It ends in arrest, probation, and a warrant. According to the video, officers were called to a gate at Orlando International Airport after airline staff said a passenger was yelling, threatening to spit, and acting aggressive. The supervisor decided she would not be allowed to board and offered a refund instead. She repeatedly refused to accept that decision. When officers moved to detain her, she went to the ground and began screaming, claiming she couldn’t breathe while continuing to shout and resist. Officers warned her multiple times to stop fighting. The footage shows her demanding her phone, threatening to spit, and at one point an officer states he is bleeding and asks if she bit him. Officers request a face shield after she continues spitting. She later tells a sergeant the incident started over a baggage fee and claims she spit after being thrown to the floor. Medical was requested after she said her head, neck, and back were hurt. In the end, she was charged with resisting with violence, battery on a law enforcement officer, and battery. She later pled no contest and was sentenced to probation, community service, anger management, and a mental health evaluation.
