Flagler County deputies chase a stolen car off I-95 at Palm Coast Parkway, deploy stop sticks, and follow it through the grass and a fence until it rolls into a Wendy's parking lot, where the driver bails out and disappears into the woods. Left behind in the car are a pregnant woman and her two kids, ages 8 and 14.
