On July 15th, 2024, officers in New Mexico were dispatched to an apartment complex in response to an assault. Upon arrival, officers spoke with a man who reported arguing with his partner about moving plans. The man claimed the suspect began throwing belongings, pushing him, and damaging his property. The suspect refused to speak with officers and closed the door inside the apartment. As tensions escalated, the suspect continued to argue with officers, refusing to leave until her mother came. The suspect assaulted an offender, leading to her arrest as she physically resisted. The officers worked together to detain the suspect, who continued to be combative, spitting at officers and kicking as they placed her in handcuffs. Despite her resistance, officers escorted the suspect to the patrol vehicle. The suspect was charged with Battery Against a Household Member and Resisting, Evading, or Obstructing an Officer. #police #bodycam #cops ~~~ ** Disclaimer: This video content is intended for educational and informational purposes only.
