#news #police #arrest #cops Report: On 05/09/2022, Officers were dispatched to the Sleep Inn. Central Communications advised they could hear a woman screaming that someone was hurting her baby, and "he is losing his mind", no one was talking to the call taker and they could hear sever children screaming in the background. Officers located the room and could hear a child crying/screaming and a woman saying "your hurting your baby." Officers knocked on the door and Queneesha open the door. Officers saw Randon holding a child in front of him with his arm under the child arm and neck. Officers told the suspect to put the child down multiple times and he eventually complied. Officers then requested the suspect step out of the room into the hallway and talk to them. The suspect backed further into the room and frantically looked around. The suspect repeatedly stated "they [the police] are going to k*ll me." Officers continued to request the suspect step out into the hallway. The suspect then grabbed the child in the same manner as before. Queneesha attempted to grab the baby, when the suspect wrapped his arm around Queneesha's neck and pulled her into him. When more officers arrived on scene they entered the room in an attempt to get the baby and Queneesha out of the suspects hold. The suspect resisted their attempt to pull his arm from around Queneesha but officers were eventually able to get free her. Once the baby and Queneesha were free from the suspect stepped back and attempted to talk with the suspect. The suspect continued to say officers were going to k*ll him. The officers continued to try and talk to the suspect and convince him to step outside but the suspect continued to ignore my requests. The officers attempted to grab the suspect and take him outside so he would not be able to grab any one else. The suspect immediately began to resist officer and attempted to pull away. Officers struggled with the suspect in an attempt to detain him. During the struggle Officer Teets stated the suspect grabbed her gun. Other officers looked at Officer Teets' firearm and could see the suspect hand wrapped around the grip to her pistol. The suspect was taken to the ground where he was placed in handcuffs (DL, BB). The suspect was escorted out of the building still claiming we were going to k*ll him and cut off his head.
