26:04 Thanks for the shoutout Officer Doerr On November 9, 2024, Athens Police Officer Doerr observed a vehicle fail to come to a complete stop at a stop sign. He initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle, which was being driven by a 20-year-old woman. The police report indicates there was a strong smell of alcohol coming from the driver's breath. She admitted to consuming two "Blue Moon" beers and coming from a local restaurant and cantina. Not surprisingly, she indicated that she didn't have her ID with her (even though she would need an ID indicating she was over 21 to drink at a bar). Officer Doerr asked her to step out of the vehicle in order to perform standardized field sobriety tests. At the conclusion of the tests, she was placed under arrest for Operating a Vehicle Impaired. She was transported to the Athens police station, where she provided 2 breath samples. Unfortunately, the evidential breath test device provided an error message and a retest was never attempted. During the testing period, the woman expressed her concern about the videos appearing on YouTube. Her charges and the outcome of her case are discussed at the end of the video.
