On October 23, 2023, Miami Township Police Officer Tudor observed a vehicle broken down in the middle of the street. He pulled his police vehicle behind the disabled vehicle. The 26-year-old female driver thought she had a flat tire. Officer Tudor's police report indicates that he detected the odor of alcohol coming from the woman's breath. Officer Tudor asked the woman if she had been drinking and she admitted to consuming some beer. He asked the woman to perform standardized field sobriety tests (FSTs). After the FSTs, she was asked to submit to a portable breath test (PBT), which she declined. She was then arrested for DUI. The camera in the back of the police car recorded her belief that her career as an aspiring professional soccer player was over. At the police station, she submitted to an evidentiary breath test (EBT) and the result was 0.096% BAC. Her charges and the outcome of her case are discussed at the end of the video.
