Officers respond to a hotel after reports of an intoxicated fight in a second-floor hallway. Hotel management states the guests violated policy and must leave immediately. The group denies wrongdoing, claims they were unfairly targeted, and demands a full refund before exiting the property. Police attempt to move everyone outside so hotel staff can address payment issues, but tensions rise when one woman reenters a room to retrieve belongings and refuses repeated commands to leave. As deputies attempt to escort her out, she pulls away, yells for her phone, and claims she cannot breathe due to asthma. The situation escalates as officers force her to the ground, place her in restraints, and remove her from the property. Police allege she resisted and struck an officer during the removal. She denies the accusation, stating she was only trying to help family members gather their belongings.
