Of course this politician is unbearable, unreasonable and clearly displays that he's a narcissistic, entitled, power hungry, insecure a-hole. But is the one engaged in road piracy (the mild-mannered cop) any better? Most of the evils that enter the world ooze through the tunnel labelled "Just doing my job," or "I just enforce the laws, I don't make them." The poetic irony here is that Martin (Dr. Jekyll and Mr) Hyde reveals that he's a "back the blue till it happens to you" kinda guy. Politicians (and would-be politicians) have something in comment - They BOTH have professions that specialize in removing freedoms and they BOTH parasitically live off of the rest of us. Their paychecks come from economically fleecing the public through the THEFT called "TAXATION." So, here we have an altercation between two authoritarians who truly believe they can hide behind the veil of QUALIFIED IMMUNITY...that their own laws apply to everyone else but THEMSELVES. Both the cop and the politician are criminally minded. To take the side of one or the other (and MANY take the cop's side because she remained calm while being verbally threatened) is to NOT understand the fundamental underpinnings of the EVIL called the STATE. And THAT is the problem with our world. Criminality, and the criminals who bring that CRIME to bear (whether they wear regular street clothes or funny costumes with badges) MUST be recognized and called out for what it is. Evils like: extortion, theft, threats, coercion, fraud, violence and brutality are STILL CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES...even when those engaged in committing such acts are cops and politicians. Thoughts?
