Officers from the police department were dispatched to a commercial property following reports of a disruptive employee. Once on the scene, law enforcement secured the area and investigated the nature of the disturbance. During their routine checks, officers discovered that the forty-three-year-old male suspect had an outstanding municipal warrant. The individual was taken into custody based on the active warrant and processed accordingly. The situation concluded after the suspect successfully posted the required ten percent bail amount and was released from police custody. These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. An arrest is not a finding of guilt: that’s something for a court to decide.
