A beach chair dispute in Surfside, Florida turned into a wild police bodycam arrest. Police say 50-year-old Yacov Levi got angry after being told the beach chairs were only for residents. The situation escalated when he allegedly grabbed a beach umbrella, then picked up a drill and charged at a man while threatening him. Bodycam footage shows officers finding Levi sitting on a beach chair with the drill nearby. Police say he refused commands, was arrested on the sand, and kicked an officer during the struggle. He was booked on charges including attempted aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, battery on a police officer, and criminal mischief. All of this reportedly started over a beach chair.
