On December 29th, 2023, officers in Ohio responded to a call from a concerned mother requesting assistance to remove her ex-partner from her home. The woman, a mother of three, was upset about the sudden return of the male individual, who had been absent for several months and was now refusing to leave her property. Officers arrived on the scene and began interviewing the involved parties. The woman detailed her history with the man, who had returned after several months and refused to vacate the home. Officers went to speak with the male inside the residence, and the male told officers that he intended to simply collect his belongings and leave. He also mentioned that the woman had a history of calling the police during their disputes. The situation escalated outside the residence as the woman began to confront her ex-partner loudly. Despite multiple warnings from the officers to calm down and step back, she continued to escalate the situation. As the woman returned to her vehicle and children, the situation escalated as she argued with officers. The woman defiantly challenged the officers, stating, “Arrest me!”. Ultimately, due to her persistent disruptive behavior and refusal to listen to officers, the woman was placed under arrest. The suspect requested her children be given to her friend before being taken to jail. The suspect was charged with Disorderly Conduct (Minor Misdemeanor). #police #bodycam #cops ~~~ ** Disclaimer: This video content is intended for educational and informational purposes only.
