He gave police a fake name. His fingerprints told the truth. On March 8, 2025, Atlanta police pulled over a car with an invalid registration on Oak Street SW. The driver said his name was "Prince Kareem." The name came back with no record. Then he ran. The man officers caught was Justin Smith, a fugitive wanted by the FBI. He had been on the run for nearly four years in the 2021 killing of his pregnant girlfriend, 21-year-old Dianna Brice of Upper Darby, Pennsylvania. In this episode we break down the full Atlanta Police Department bodycam and dashcam footage of the stop, the foot chase, and the moment a handheld fingerprint scanner revealed who officers really had in custody. Then we go back to Philadelphia to trace the case from Dianna's disappearance on March 30, 2021, to the accomplice who helped cover it up, and to the August 2026 trial that ended with a life sentence. 📂 SOURCES Bodycam and dashcam footage obtained from the Atlanta Police Department through a Georgia Open Records Act request (APD Case #250671454).
