Here is a link to her 1st DUI arrest (6 weeks previously): https://youtu.be/NTsKVUN2-8U On September 3, 2023, Ohio State Highway Patrol Trooper O'Bryon was conducting stationary patrol when he spotted a speeding vehicle. His radar unit recorded the speed to be 77 miles per hour (MPH) in a 65 MPH zone. He initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle. The 20-year-old female driver had no license or registration in the vehicle. The Trooper could smell alcohol coming from the vehicle so the woman was asked to consent to the horizontal gaze nystagmus test while sitting in her vehicle. After this, she was asked to step out of the vehicle in order to perform the full set of standardized field sobriety tests. At the conclusion of the tests, she was arrested for DUI. It was then revealed that this was her 2nd DUI in 6 weeks. She was taken the Highway Patrol Post, where she submitted to an evidential breath test. The result was 0.078% BAC.
