A shoplifter fresh out of jail is confronted by police after allegedly stealing from the same Target store again. What starts as a routine shoplifting stop quickly becomes something much bigger. In this bodycam breakdown, officers search the woman's purse and point to merchandise and security tags they believe tie her to the theft. When they move to arrest her, things turn physical. She resists, begs not to be sent back to jail, and officers warn her that kicking an officer could bring another charge. While the arrest is being processed, she says she was only recently released from jail. Questions about her identity and possible outstanding warrants start to pile up.
