A domestic disturbance escalates dramatically after initial police departure, leading to a second emergency call and an arrest. Officers first responded to a residence for a domestic dispute, but departed without making an arrest. Immediately after their departure, the victim reported new, escalating threats from the female suspect, stating he was "terrified of her" and believed she would kill him while he slept. Prompted by this second call, officers returned to the scene, made phone contact with the victim to confirm his desire to press charges, and then observed the suspect emerge from the house yelling. The suspect, despite denying the threats and attempting to shift blame, was subsequently detained and arrested on charges including threatening to perform an act of violence and assault and battery, based on the victim's credible statements.
