On May 23, 2024, police were dispatched to a KFC in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, Officer Venier made contact with the KFC manager, who stated that a male was being belligerent and demanding food he had ordered online. The male attempted to walk through the drive-thru, which is not allowed, and was told he needed to be in a vehicle. When advised of this, the male began yelling at and screaming at employees.
