In this tense encounter with Pensacola Police, an officer stops a vehicle due to expired tags and the suspected odor of marijuana. After asking for documentation, the officer becomes concerned when the strong smell of marijuana emanates from the car. The officer requests the driver to step out of the vehicle, but she refuses, and tension escalates. Despite repeated orders to comply, the driver continues to resist. The officer warns her that force may be used, including the potential deployment of a taser. Eventually, the situation intensifies, and the driver is forcibly removed and arrested. She was charged with battery on a law enforcement officer (twice), resisting with violence, and misuse of 911. However, the misuse charge was later dropped, and the case is set for further proceedings in February 2026. All individuals remain innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
