One of the involved parties, Kenneth Smalls, a 38-year-old male of Garfield, NJ, was found to have an outstanding warrant for $750.00 out of Passaic, NJ. Mr. Smalls was arrested on this warrant and subsequently able to post bail. He was released pending court. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty
