In this video we break down an incident that occurred in broad daylight in Secaucus, New Jersey. Police were called to the area outside a local bank after receiving reports of a 29-year-old male exposing himself to the public. As officers questioned the suspect at the scene, a routine background check revealed a much larger problem. The individual had two active warrants from neighboring jurisdictions, including a two thousand five hundred dollar warrant out of Newark and a five hundred dollar warrant out of North Bergen. This breakdown covers the sequence of events from the initial dispatch call to the suspect being taken into custody and transported directly to the county jail. These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. An arrest is not a finding of guilt: that’s something for a court to decide.
