On July 21, 2024, Officers with the University of Central Florida Police Department observed a vehicle make numerous traffic violations. 5 officers participated in the traffic stop, which involved a 22-year-old woman who provides bottle service at a local bar. She admitted numerous times that she drank 3 shots while working. She refused to perform standardized field sobriety tests and was arrested for DUI. She was transported to the Orange County DUI Center, where she also refused to provide a breath sample and a urine sample. She was charged with DUI (refusal) and failure to obey a traffic control device. The outcome of her case is discussed at the end of the video.
