In January 2026, police closed in on a repeat offender wanted for a crime spree across South West London, including burglaries and thefts from motor vehicles. With officers surrounding the house, the suspect made a run for it out of a second-story bedroom window and onto the rooftops. Trapped within a tight perimeter flanked by a river, his only hurdle left was outrunning the Police Dog Unit. On Scene brings viewers closer to real-world policing through the bodycams of Metropolitan Police officers in London. Experience real incidents as officers arrive, assess, and respond. Offering transparency and context, the series helps inform and educate the public about events that impact London's communities.
