Trooper T. Davis (A-14) attempted to stop a black durango for doing 84mph in a 60 zone. The suspect pulled over and co-operated with A-14 providing a name but with no ID. After Trooper Davis ran the name the photo did not come back to the suspect driving the car. A-14 ordered the driver to step out of the vehicle when the suspect accelerated away getting onto the interstate. During the pursuit A-14's vehicle began to malfunction disallowing him to go above a certain speed. Other troopers including Trooper A. Goins (A-35) respond.
