Los Angeles California On July 6, 2024, a California Highway Patrol Officer attempted to pull over a car traveling at a high rate of speed on Interstate 110 northbound in Los Angeles California. The driver Ricardo Angel Perez refused to stop and fled at a high rate of speed from the Officer exiting the Interstate at EXIT 16 onto Manchester Avenue and continuing to flee from officers on the streets of Los Angeles. Ricardo Angel Perez was eventually located and arrested by The California Highway Patrol.
