Less than a minute later, officers arrived at the bar located on the 200 block of E 6th street. As the officers approached the entrance, an employee of the bar denied entry to the male suspect. The suspect was later identified as 29-year-old Trei Michael Adriec Hernandez. Hernandez moved away from the doorway to an adjacent window. The bar employee told officers that Hernandez did not want to be searched before entering the bar. The bar employee then told officers, “He can’t get in. He’s got a weapon on him.” At approximately 11:54 p.m., as officers approached Hernandez, Hernandez immediately pulled out his firearm and pointed it in the direction of officers and innocent bystanders. Three APD officers fired their Department-approved firearms at Hernandez, and Hernandez fired his weapon as well. Hernandez sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced deceased on scene at approximately 12:02 a.m. Three bystanders sustained injuries during the incident. They were transported to the hospital. One received serious injuries, and the other two have non-life-threatening injuries. No officers were injured in the incident. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Special thanks to Shout-Out Supporters on Patreon: - 'DIY Solar Power with Will Prowse' - 'BossNation' - 'Cartoonjunkies' - john ferroato - Kristin - 'Fishy Tuna' - Kelli Lloyd - 'GotsNoGroove Cheryl' - 'OUR CRAZY HOUSE' - Lynn Boyer - Exus Altimus - Mateusz Adam Katana - 'Dawesenm' - William Bowman - Paul Rohrbaugh - Sandra McGreevy - 'Krazy KZ' - Koby Bland - Christopher Payne - Zach Williams - Michael R Sheffield - Rich Biggs - 'JTrip' - Lee Roberts - Brant Eaton - 'General X' - 'jadeennff' - James Pringle - 'AccuShoot.com' - Meighan Garrick - 'Sopaul' - Lisa Overly - Connor Davies - 'Necko' - Gerardo Flores - Anthony Eufemio - 'Donkbot' - Gage Kissinger - Eian Smith - 'HelloDarknessMyOldFriend' - 'coco Coco' ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Support us at BuyMeACoffee: https://www.buymeacoffee.com/PoliceActivity Support us on Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/PoliceActivity Follow us on Twitter: https://twitter.com/Police_Activity 🛍️ Check out our Amazon store: https://www.amazon.com/shop/PoliceActivity 🛍️ Disclosure: Please note that we will receive a small commission from purchases made through our Amazon store.
