A routine traffic stop quickly turns into a tense confrontation when officers discover an active warrant for Timothy Connor. Instead of peacefully surrendering, Connor refuses to exit the vehicle and eventually flees the scene. Two hours later, deputies locate him near a crash scene—where the situation suddenly escalates into an officer-involved shooting. This bodycam footage captures the escalating tension, the officers’ split-second decisions, and the aftermath of a confrontation that ended with Connor being fatally shot.
