On April 22, 2026, the Lauderdale County Drug Task Force was executing a search warrant in the 200 block of North Locust Street in Florence, Alabama, with help from the Florence-Lauderdale SWAT team and the department's K-9 unit. Police say David Culliver, 46, of Sheffield, was not connected to the investigation but arrived at the scene and began interacting with officers. According to the department, he became disruptive, yelled at officers, and repeatedly stepped into an active roadway despite being told to move for safety reasons. When officers tried to arrest him, police say he resisted and a K-9 was deployed. He is accused of biting the K-9 during the struggle. The Florence Police Department released the bodycam footage and said the use of force was reviewed and determined to be justified. Culliver is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court. For Collaborations → www.viceversesmedia.com Email: partners@viceversesmedia.com #bodycam #truecrimeaddict #shorts
