Naperville bike officers stop a vehicle downtown Naperville after reports of kids causing problems. When they approach the car, they find open alcohol, a stun gun, and fireworks inside — along with a 20-year-old driver who has a lot to say about it. She claims her dad is a cop, insists she knows the law, threatens multiple lawsuits, and refuses to follow officer commands throughout the entire stop.
