The driver explains she is taking friends home and initially denies drinking, but later admits to having alcohol earlier in the night. Officers detect the odor of alcohol and ask her to step out for field sobriety tests. As questioning continues, her statements change regarding when and how much she drank. The driver appears nervous and emotional during the tests. Based on observations and performance, officers place her under arrest for DUI.
