Brunswick, Ohio -- Police were called to a local gym after there were reports of a regular gym-goer who was under the influence. Police made contact and determined that the male was impaired. The man, later identified as Spencer Kuchta, was charged with the following: - Disorderly Conduct - Obstructing Police - Obstructing Official Business - Criminal Damaging or Endangering According to the report, after this video was taken: "During the booking process KUCHTA refused to cooperate, disrobed and proceeded to attempt to damage cell doors and sprinkler units. KUCHTA was further secured for his safety, and the fire department summoned. Brunswick EMS responded and treated KUCHTA for a minor abrasion to his foot, transport declined. KUCHTA would later be charged with obstructing official business into Medina Municipal Court and transported to the Medina County Jail."
