An Alaska Wildlife Trooper was on routine patrol when he contacted a family dip netting in a personal use fishery. It was determined that the family had two permits putting them in violation of the one permit per household rule. The husband was issued the citation and he later plead no contest and was assessed a $220.00 fine which he paid.
