15:38 She discusses how she doesn't want this video on Tik-Tok On January 20, 2024, Pullman Police Officer St. Andre was on routine patrol when she came across a Kia that was stuck in the snowbank. She stopped in an attempt to assist the motorist, but quickly learned that the 22-year-old driver and her 2 passengers had all been drinking. She asked the driver to perform some voluntary field sobriety tests, but when it was time for the walk-and-turn test, the woman decided to end the testing. When she refused to submit to a voluntary portable breath test (PBT), she was arrested for DUI. She was transported to the Pullman police station where she was given the opportunity to call her attorney. She then agreed to submit to an evidential breath test. After first providing an inadequate breath sample, she was finally able to provide enough breath to register a 0.139% BAC. She was given a court date and released from custody about 5 hours later. All suspects are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
