On June 1, 2025, Eau Claire Police Officers Pahl and Sperry responded to the Water Street bar district after receiving reports that the driver of a replica police car was activating red and blue emergency lights. Officer Pahl made contact with the 19-year-old owner of the vehicle. The police report indicates that officers were familiar with the suspect, as he is well known for his replica police vehicle from his Instagram account @notthafive_o He initially denied using the emergency lights, but changed his story several times. Officers interviewed a witness who confirmed that the suspect had activated the emergency lights on the public roadway. At the end of the encounter, the 19-year-old was given two citations, including one for felony Impersonating a Peace Officer. The outcome of his case is discussed at the end of the video.
