On September 14th, 2023, a desk officer on duty in Ohio was at the station when a male entered, demanding to speak with a manager without providing a reason or case number. Despite repeatedly trying to de-escalate and talk with the male, the suspect became increasingly agitated with the officer. When the officer instructed the male to leave the station, the suspect became increasingly agitated and struck an officer on the face and head. They responded to a call for assistance at a police station. Upon arrival, they observed a suspect struggling with a sergeant inside the station's lobby. During the struggle, the suspect attempted to unholster the officer's firearm, leading to a chaotic scene where two officers sustained injuries. The suspect was eventually subdued and handcuffed with the assistance of several officers. During the subsequent wait at the hospital, the suspect threatened one of the officers. An investigation revealed that the suspect had a loaded firearm in his vehicle, along with additional ammunition. After multiple attempts to seek medical attention for the suspect, he was eventually taken to the county jail. The suspect was charged with Aggravated Robbery, Felonious Assault on a Police Officer, Victim Intimidation, Menacing, and Obstructing Official Business. #police #bodycam #cops ~~~ ** Disclaimer: This video content is intended for educational and informational purposes only.
