On May 25, 2023. An Officer with the Menomonee Falls police department responded to the area of a known suspect who appeared to be driving while intoxicated. The vehicle was located, stopped and the driver was contacted. The driver showed signs of impairment and attempted to consume an intoxicant in front of the officer while in the driver’s seat. He was asked to perform field sobriety tests and was eventually arrested for operating while intoxicated 7th offense. It was determined that the suspect was currently on probation for his previous OWI. He was taken to the hospital where a warrant was obtained to get a blood sample. The suspect was eventually booked on OWI charges, probation violation and transported out the Waukesha County jail. This video is for educational purposes only.
