Ohio State Highway Patrol March 1, 2024 --- Commercial Motor Vehicle Enforcement stopped a Semi for an inspection but found a Florida Driver without a valid CDL. He did have a previous CDL from Mexico but that became invalid when he got a Florida Driver's License. The driver was identified as 35 year old, Eduardo Pinto Cruz. --- Eduardo's charges: - ORC 4506.03 - M1 - No CDL - Pled guilty Originally he did not show up for court and a bench warrant was issued. He eventually did show up and pled guilty to the charge. He was given a $200 fine and 2 points on his license.
