**video starts at 4:15 to skip narration On 04/15/2023, Officer A. Gray was dispatched to 2135 Godby Rd in regards to a domestic dispute. While enroute to the location, I contacted the caller identified as Ms. Erianna Watkins via telephone in attemptes to gather more information on the incident. The offender identified as Ms. Brunsrica Parris answered Ms. Watkins phone. I identified myself and asked for Ms. Watkins. Ms. Watkins got the phone and stated that the two had an altercation but she no longer needed police assistance. I advised Ms. Watkins that I would still be enroute to the location for the safety of all parties. Upon arrival, I spoke with Ms. Watkins outside of the location alone. Ms. Watkins stated that she was involved in a verbal dispute with her partner Ms. Parris and advised that the dispute became physical. Ms. Watkins stated that Ms. Parris snatched her phone from her hand as the two had a verbal dispute. Ms. Watkins stated that Ms. Parris also grabbed her by the neck shortly after. I was not able to notice any marks or bruises on Ms. Watkins` neck. Ms. Watkins stated that this was not the first time that she was physically assaulted by Ms. Parris. Ms. Watkins stated that the two currently live together at the location. While on scene, I spoke with Ms. Parris outside of the location alone. Ms. Parris stated that the two had a verbal dispute over a cell phone. Ms. Parris refused to go into detail about the verbal dispute as I attempted to gather more information of the incident. I asked Ms. Parris about the physical part of the dispute and she stated that she grabbed Ms. Watkins` phone out of her hand. I asked Ms. Parris about the choking allegation and she stated that she only grabbed Ms. Watkins by the shirt. I advised Ms. Parris that she was being detained and attempted to place her in handcuffs. Ms. Parris passively resisted arrest by pulling her arms away several times. I gave Ms. Parris several verbal commands but she refused all. I was eventually able to place Ms. Parris in handcuffs to the rear which were checked for fit and double locked. Ms. Parris was walked to the rear of my patrol vehicle and checked for weapons and contraband with none being located. Ms. Parris was placed in the rear of my patrol vehicle. I spoke with Ms. Watkins while still on scene. Ms. Watkins stated that she did not want to get Ms. Parris into trouble. Ms. Watkins stated that the two were from Florida. I advised Ms. Watkins of Georgia`s Family Violence Act. Ms. Watkins was provided the case number and information on how to access the report. Ms. Parris was transported to College Park City Jail. Ms. Parris was searched prior to entering the jail with no weapons or contraband located. Ms. Parris was turned over to the jailer along with her property
