On August 19, 2024, a Tampa Police School Resource Officer was contacted after a parent became belligerent and refused to leave. Officer Farrow arrived and the 46-year-old parent was again told that she needed to leave the school grounds. She refused and Officer Farrow attempted to "assist" the woman out of the school building. This set the woman off as she felt that Officer Farrow had no reason to put his hands on her. The woman became increasingly agitated and belligerent and did not calm down until at least 5 officers arrived. At the end, the woman was arrested for (1) trespass upon school grounds; and (2) resisting without violence. The outcome of her case is discussed at the end of the video.
