The Hoboken Police Department sent them. A report mentioned loud people drinking. They were also throwing bottles. Then, they got into a car. The officers spotted a white car. It was a 2009 Chevrolet Impala. This matched the description. It was pulling into a parking lot. The lot was on Newark Avenue. They stopped the car. They spoke with the driver. This happened at the Speedway gas station. It was on Willow Avenue. The driver was Destiney Mathis. She was 23 years old. Officer Guido smelled alcohol. He saw other signs of impairment. He asked Destiney to get out. She needed to do some tests. Officer Guido began a test. It was the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus. The next test was the Walk and Turn. Destiney made mistakes.
