Police bodycam captures a drunk driving arrest in Palmetto, Florida after a Nine-Teen year-old woman crashes into two buildings and is found dazed behind the wheel by responding officers. Police Body Cam Shows Palmetto Police responded to reports of a vehicle that had struck two separate buildings. When officers arrived, they found the driver still sitting in the car, visibly disoriented. What initially appeared to be a straightforward accident quickly escalated once police began their investigation at the scene. 19-year-old Emma Rose Kinkle was ultimately arrested and transported to Manatee County Jail. She was booked on DUI with property damage as well as possession of a false, forged, or stolen ID. Bond was set at $1,000 on the DUI charge and $2,500 on the fake ID charge.
