A boarding altercation at Orlando International Airport leaves one woman with a knocked out tooth and two competing stories about who threw the first punch. Officers build probable cause through three independent witness accounts and designate a primary aggressor. When the arrest is announced the designated aggressor spends fifteen minutes physically resisting transport through an airport terminal. She entered the situation as a potential victim. She left with four charges. This video examines how officers establish a primary aggressor when no officer witnessed the original incident, Florida's primary aggressor statute, the legal line between misdemeanour and felony resisting arrest under Florida law, and why invoking military service, DA connections, and jail experience does not appear anywhere in the Florida criminal code. Nothing in this video is legal advice. We are not practising attorneys. All commentary is for education, awareness, and accountability. Channel. Proof On Record.
