A substitute teacher at a middle school in Barre Town, Vermont, found herself in the principal’s office after a student reported her for "unusual behavior." Police identified the woman as Melissa Martin, 47, who allegedly admitted to using substances at the school. The student said Martin told him, "Hey Teddy, why are you off your leash?" referring to her dog. Martin was issued a citation and immediately let go from the school.
