Middleburg Heights, Ohio -- Officers with the MHPD were on patrol when they noticed a light gray sedan that had expired plates. They pulled the vehicle over and discovered that the owner of the vehicle has a traffic warrant for their arrest. Officers attempt to get the woman out of the vehicle when she suddenly realized that she does not want to comply. She is eventually dragged out of the vehicle and arrested. The woman, later identified as Ms. Bridgett Goodwin, was charged with the following: - Obstructing Official Business - Resisting Arrest - Possession of an Open Container - Persistent Disorderly Conduct - Possession of Drug Paraphernalia - Expired Plates - Seatbelt - Driving Under Suspension The passenger had a warrant out for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
