A car crash happened near West Bay Avenue and the Garden State Parkway overpass. They learned the hit-and-run car stopped in the ACME lot at 912 West Bay Avenue. Falkowski spotted a beat-up 2013 Nissan Altima there. He talked to the driver, 21-year-old Victoria. Falkowski asked for her papers. She handed over just her insurance. Victoria said she came from her friend's funeral that day. He smelled booze on her breath. He saw signs she was drunk. Then she threw up by the car. She admitted to downing a few shots at the funeral home before driving. Falkowski called for help. Sergeant Boyle showed up. They talked it over and decided on sobriety tests. Boyle asked Victoria to do them. She said yes. Boyle did the eye test first, Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus. Falkowski ran the Walk and Turn next. Victoria missed heel-to-toe steps. She didn't count right. They tried One Leg Stand last. She couldn't finish it well. The crash, her confession, and bad test results led to her arrest for DUI. They put her in the patrol car. South Shore Towing took her Nissan for a 12-hour hold under John's Law. A search found eight mini bottles of Fireball Whiskey. Falkowski drove her to the station. There, they read her the standard rights for drivers. She agreed to a breath test. Her Alcotest showed 0.16% blood alcohol—twice the 0.08% limit. After processing, they let her go with a sober adult. She signed the liability warning. She got tickets for DUI, reckless driving, careless driving, wrong lane, and open container. Court records show a guilty verdict for DUI on September 20, 2023. She got one month with an ignition interlock. Plus 12 hours at a drunk driver class. And $640 in fines. The other tickets got dropped in the plea deal. 19:51 How about not driving at all, instead of crying about not wanting to drive halfway there? 20:55 I thought for sure she was gonna puke all over this poor officer. 22:20 SHE WAS DRIVING?!?! 41:00 She said "Not My Fault" WOW, she Caused the accident and DWI herself? 57:38 Ahhh .. the I only had two shots story.. why is it always one or two? 1:09:30 Wow that's an impressive emergency button! So much easier to just press a button to get in contact with the IT help desk. 1:11:12 That one officer who primarily delt with her is so sweet you can tell 1:12:12 If the officer would stop entertaining her annoying whiny self and finish his paperwork, maybe she wouldn’t continue to fake her panic attack.
